The Journal of Clinical Research in Pediatric Endocrinology (JCRPE) is a leading international journal that publishes original research, clinical observations, and special feature articles on the clinical and translational research in all aspects of pediatric endocrinology. JCRPE is seeking outstanding researchers and clinicians with expertise in pediatric endocrinology to join our Editorial Board.

As an Editorial Board member, you will play a crucial role in the peer review process and help ensure that the journal publishes high-quality, innovative research that advances our understanding of pediatric endocrinology. You will be responsible for reviewing manuscripts, providing feedback to authors, and making recommendations on whether to accept, revise, or reject manuscripts. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the journal's editorial policies and strategies.

Our editorial decisions are not influenced by the novelty of a study or its perceived impact.

Criteria

To be considered for the Editorial Board, we are looking for individuals with:

• Expertise in pediatric endocrinology and related fields, and have demonstrable expertise that fits within
  the scope and the need of the journal
• A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
• Experience in the peer review process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Suitable candidates for the JCRPE Editorial Board should:

• Support the journal's mission, aims, scope, and editorial policies, and be a committed advocate who
  represents JCRPE within the scientific community.
• Provide a professional and supportive service to our authors, ensuring that the manuscripts they are
  responsible for meet the journal's requirements and are efficiently and appropriately handled through
  the peer-review process.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Editorial Board Member, your primary responsibility will be to assess manuscripts for their suitability for peer review, selecting appropriate reviewers who meet the Journal's requirements, and making recommendations based on the peer reviewers' reports and your own assessment. In doing so, you will be expected to adhere to the Journal's editorial policies
